About Creative Courage
Creative Courage is a coaching and personal development brand operated by Sheikh Consulting, LLC, a company registered in the state of Minnesota, United States. The business is co-founded and co-operated by Ma'raj Sheikh (Minnesota, USA) and Marleen Häring (Barcelona, Spain).
We serve clients primarily in the United States and the European Union, and operate exclusively online.
References to "we," "us," or "Creative Courage" throughout these Terms refer to Sheikh Consulting, LLC and its co-founders.
Use of This Website
By using creativecourage.me, you agree to:
- Use the website for lawful purposes only
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
Program Enrollment & Eligibility
Enrollment in any Creative Courage program is subject to an application review process. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in the program. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
Once your application is accepted, the enrollment process is as follows:
- You receive a payment link and complete your payment via Stripe
- You receive and sign the Coaching & Program Agreement
- Enrollment is confirmed and onboarding begins
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Euros (€). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Full payment is due upon receiving your enrollment confirmation and payment link
- All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
No refunds policy: All payments are non-refundable once payment has been completed. By submitting payment you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details and agree to these terms. Please reach out before paying if you have any questions.
Program Delivery
Creative Courage programs are delivered online via video conference. We reserve the right to:
- Make reasonable adjustments to session content, timing, or guest facilitators
- Reschedule sessions with reasonable notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances
- Cancel the program entirely in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued
Session recordings will be made available to enrolled participants for the duration specified in your program agreement. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
Participant Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and courageous container for all participants. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Treat all facilitators and fellow participants with dignity and respect
- Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal sharing
- Engage honestly and take responsibility for your own growth and wellbeing
- Not record sessions without explicit written consent from Creative Courage
Creative Courage reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to others.
Not a Substitute for Professional Support
Creative Courage programs are personal development and coaching offerings. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or clinical mental health support.
If you are experiencing acute mental health challenges, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional. Participation in our programs is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs — including curriculum, frameworks, exercises, recordings, written materials, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Creative Courage / Sheikh Consulting, LLC.

- Program materials are licensed for your personal use only
- Commercial use of any Creative Courage content is strictly prohibited without a written agreement
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Courage and Sheikh Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in our programs.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in any Creative Courage program. Personal growth is an individual journey and results vary.
Our maximum liability to any participant shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, where Sheikh Consulting, LLC is registered and the business is primarily operated.
For participants based in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection rights and regulations shall apply in full, including any rights that cannot be waived by contract.
In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to first seek resolution through direct communication and, if necessary, mediation before pursuing legal action.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or our programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
